"Room was adequate to stay overnight. Front desk employee was friedly & helpful. Could use a detailed cleaning though. Elevator needed cleaning as well. "

"The rooms are not at all as pictured online. Many things in our room were broken or not working. The rooms were dirty and contained bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. We did not feel safe or comfortable in our rooms. "

"We were stranded in Orlando when our flight was canceled due to the weather. The staff was amazing and very helpful in such a stressful situation. The shuttle was also really convenient for us and CJ was very helpful with food suggestions. Overall everyone there made us feel at ease even though our vacation was extended. We were just bummed the hot tub was not working."
