The room was clean and the welcome bag of goodies was a nice touch. We weren't at the hotel much as we were attending a concert downtown Orlando. The hotel was close enough to the venue for our uber rides. The price was high for a night but there were two huge events going on and everything was booked so it was affordable once split 4 ways. We didn't use the pool. The other guests were nice that stayed there so no issues.

Within minutes of checking in to the room and putting some food we brought with us on the table multiple cockroaches came out and crawling all over the food. It was disgusting!!

The property was dirty, your bathroom will run down and dirty, one of my rooms smelled to cigarettes, When you walk by the hallways on some of the rooms, you could smell marijuana.

Staff available 24/7 to check in. This was perfect as we got there at 2am due to cancelled flight. Towels were clean and bed was made, but room was not the cleanest. Door to bathroom had doorknob falling off and didn’t close. Didn’t seem like the safest area. But honestly just appreciated having a place to stay after nightmare travel situation
