"Stayed at Holiday Inn Waterpark – Honest Review Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The hotel is very clean, and you can clearly see that staff consistently maintains the property. Everything from the lobby to common areas felt well cared for, which I really appreciated. Cleanliness & Environment: The hotel is noticeably clean, and housekeeping seems to be active throughout the day. The environment overall feels safe, organized, and family-friendly. The pool area is pleasant, clean, and supervised by staff (until around 7 PM), which adds an extra layer of comfort, especially for families with kids. Staff & Service: Staff members were generally professional and helpful. The pool staff, in particular, were very attentive and proactive when assistance was needed. However, there were a few moments of miscommunication. For example, at check-in I was informed that certain amenities (like the surf area) were unavailable, but later found out they were actually open. Also, parking fees were not clearly explained upfront. Parking & Signage: The hotel is well signposted when entering, which makes arrival easy. However, parking can be a bit confusing. Building numbers are sometimes placed at the far end or corners, making them difficult to see, especially at night. Clearer signage would definitely improve this experience. Pool Area Experience: The pool area itself is clean and enjoyable. However, I did notice that some guests tend to reserve or take over chairs "

"Hotel was perfect for our staycation celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. She was able to have enjoy the bar and the son and our 6 year old nephew enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks! The room was renovated and very clean. The AC worked almost too good. We would definitely come back in the future. "

"Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Stayed for about one week to go to the parks nearby, but didn't actually spend much time in the hotel/room. In that stay, housekeeping does not come in at all to replenish things, so needed to go to the front desk for more towels, toilet paper, etc... It'd be nice to have at least a check in every other day for those things. Although there is a nice storage rack in the room, some additional hooks in the bathroom would be helpful to hang clothing, towels, etc... Otherwise, it was a great stay and would recommend."

"The room was amazing it was big enough for the group of people we went with. The only bad part is that they said the pool had a heater and it did not. It was freezing. But everything else was great! The bar was good, the convenience store was awesome!"
