"Fantastic! We were able to get an early check-in which really helped us in our stay in the area. Receptionist is very helpful, nice and informative. Trying breakfast soon. Bet it’s great. Loving our stay. "
"When booking make sure you pick the River Lodge - a lot of the properties have similar names. I was so afraid it would be noisy but I’m convinced the people reporting noise were at a different location. I stayed at the River Lodge on a busy weekend in August and it was super quiet & tranquil. On Friday night I did hear some music coming from the nearby Mt Bachelor lawn but it was done by 10pm (& luckily I actually liked their playlist so it worked out).
The amenities were lovely - robe, slippers, bath salts, microwave & mini fridge for my cocktails, special hot tub just for River Lodge guests…the fitness center was less modern and smaller than I expected BUT has full indoor courts if you like that, and plenty of running/cycling trails. I didn’t try the hotel food or pool, but enjoyed the view of the golf course from my private deck. Bed was comfortable, the bathtub was deep & roomy, and shower had great water pressure! Cute nespresso machine made excellent coffee & the concierge kept me fully stocked. Highly recommend!"
"This was a beautiful, affordable and roomy option. We wanted to have a full kitchen, which was well stocked. We were pretty central to all the activities we planned. You will drive 10-20mins to get somewhere but the cost far outweighs that short amount of time. We will definitely be back with our kids which they will be comfortably accommodated here. Definitely a great place!"
"We stayed with our family over the Fourth of July weekend, 2025. The house is fully stocked with any cooking items you may need. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the front yard area with plenty of space where the kids could toss around a football. We used the deck area, including the barbecue. It was very relaxing having early mornings to watch the squirrels and drink our coffee. We even got to see a deer go through the property. It’s good to note, they have two different types of coffee makers. A Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker so bring whatever you prefer. Another suggestion is to bring a couple of rolls of toilet paper. Besides the partials that were in each bathroom, they only had one other full roll. The owner seems receptive to suggestions so I wouldn’t hesitate to let him know anything you see that you may need that isn’t there."
"This is a great camp ground! Stayed in a yurt for 3 nights over the holiday weekend, and made use of the pools and hot tub. There is plenty to do (6 pickleball courts, basketball court, putt putt golf, horse shoes and lots of fishing spots). It is gated and we felt safe. Our yurt was perfectly well equipped and we had a great weekend."
"very wonderful house.. my friends and I are very satisfied with everything (especially the house maintenance service) everyone is very friendly just 10 out of 10"
