"Had a great stay overall, and the reception staff were always extremely helpful and approachable. We had a crisis with my wife breaking her arm, which extended our stay 4 days, but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help. This is the hotel you want to be at in a crisis! :) Special thanks to Myriam and her team Highlights - Buffet food is excellent with a wide variety of fresh food (meats, salads, cheese, desserts etc). Not quite sure where any negative reviews come from on this. It might get repetitive if you’re just looking for pizza and chips! - General vibe around the hotel is great, a there are plenty of places to spend your time. We particularly liked lagoon pool. - Grounds are immaculately kept and are beautiful. - Nice walkable paths around Playa Paraiso coast - The drinks are excellent on the all inclusive. The wines/cava are good and the cocktails (alcoholic and non-alc) are definitely a step up from a lot of 5 star hotels. - Rooms are kept spotless and are modern in line with Hard Rock theme. - great panoramic view from the 16th bar. Drinks could probably be slightly less expensive for the signature cocktails. - catered for wife’s coeliac (gluten) condition and walked through all available. Improvements - sometimes music is a bit loud around pools, so difficult to relax, though this seemed to relax a bit later in the week. - Loads of sunbeds close to each other, but it’s a big hotel, so expected.
