「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「Great location, you can visit the shopping center nearby and some food restaurant you can choose. 」

「I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone」

「My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

「We had a cottage by the beach and it was perfect. Out your door and 15 steps later u are on the beach with ur own private umbrella and lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and made our trip a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this resort!」

「It s good」

「Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!」

「Wow! Do not hesitate to book:) I went with my mom:) they offered golf carts everywhere to get around. Staff is priceless- kindest people on Earth. Food is delicious if you want to stay in a meal! We are already planning our trip back. Amd extra thanks to our new friend Teddy:) . Suites are HUGE. I cannot say enough❤️」

「The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was...

「We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.」

「The room was clean and had beautiful views, the staff were helpful and mostly friendly! The included breakfast was not very impressive and the amount of birds flying around you while you are trying to eat your food or the birds eating off things at the buffet was not great. We tried to eat as fast as possible. Overall the views and the access to the beach is the reason why you stay here, truly gorgeous! You can also order food from anywhere on property which is pretty convenient, however it ...

「Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
