"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

"Access to this property was little confused. We revived a link which let us into the wrong apartment. After a call to the host we got into the correct apartment. The flat its self was very well located and plenty of free parking was on the streets around. A couple of issues we had/didn’t like were 1) Last stay’s dirty bed lined left in the wardrobe. Yuk. Although the rest of the property was spotless. 2) Bathroom sink plug was broken when we arrived so the water wouldn’t drain. Reported it...

"Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and...

"Very basic, extremely noisy all night from other apartments above. Bathrooms were not clean with stains in toilets and hairs in the showers. "

"Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse."
