「nice clean」

「Ottima posizione nel centro di Valencia, vicinissimo al mercato centrale, al quartiere del Carmen e a tantissimi ristoranti. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti di cammino ma la zona è molto servita. L'albergo è nuovo e il personale è molto gentile, c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in, per iniziare il giro della città.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
