Check in/check out process was very easy. There were a lot of guests staying there while we were there, but the hotel somehow managed to make it feel very manageable. Lots of instructions available!! Loved the morning breakfast & relaxing in the evening onsen. Fabulous stay for a family of four!

Absolutely loved this hotel. This hotel gives traditional Japanese vibes. You take your shoes off and put them in lockers and walk around the hotel barefoot. Make sure to wear socks.
