"Older hotel but was perfect for our needs with our granddaughter while son awaited surgery at Mayo. Loved that Famous Dave’s was connected for good BBQ, convenient shuttle from hotel to the hospital every hour and a dream pool for a 5year old. Staff was very kind and helpful. Thank You."

"We looked at many hotels and even checked into one and quickly left. We checked into Fairfield last minute and we are so happy we did. The property is conveniently located near Mayo properties and the shuttle was on time every day. The entire hotel is clean and feels safe. The room was clean, the housekeepers visited daily and replenished towels and supplies. No mold, no funny smells. The room we stayed in seemed remodeled and new. This hotel is top of the list for when we go to Mayo and we will be returning every time. This is the best place to stay in town, in my opinion. "
