We stayed as a family with 5 yr old twins and found the rooms spacious enough, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, and we loved the atmosphere around the hotel. "Check in was fast!! The staff are all SO helpful and nice!! Breakfast is wonderful!! With more great and helpful staff there. Room was clean and loved the balcony first thing every morning. Thank you for the water for coffee and tea in the mornings before breakfast. This was very important for us. We already miss Rihga Gran Kyoto!!"

"This hotel is located in a safe and quiet area close to Kyoto city hall, subway, and great restaurants. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. The staff are really lovely and very friendly."
