"It’s a great hotel in a fabulous area. There are literally hundreds of restaurants and nightlife walking distance from the hotel. This area is very popular for going out at night for locals that aren’t the 20 something crowd"

"room is spacious, bathroom and bath tank as well. Balcony is extra space to store any suitcases not often used. A rare find in Japan for very affordable prices. Cheaper than other places I stayed and bigger so we r really happy. Bed is more comfortable than other places we stayed in Japan too"

"Our New Otani stay was comfortable and memorable. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The front staff spoke perfect English making it easy for us to express any needs or have questions answered. Although we were in an older portion of the New Otani (renovations were being conducted), the room was spacious and well appointment for our stay. The view from our room included a clear view of Osaka Castle' which is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay at The New Otani when we're in Osaka."
