「Stay was great! Room was amazing and clean. Pool area was clean, but hot tub was not very hot and the sauna is not functioning as a sauna should, no steam. 」

「The room was great! staff was excellent! Check in went smoothly as did check-out. Have to admit the breakfast has gone down some as I recall there used to be more hot and ready-made items, but I am sure with staff reductions and money savings, going to more self-serve items to be warmed up and cleaner ways to make things (pancake maker rather than waffle maker) definitely helps. We stay with your facility once to twice a year and have always had a good visit. Thanks again.」

「Very nice property. The room we stayed in the Barnum room had a very high bed. People who are not tall will need to hop up. Balcony is awesome, place is quiet and serene. Area to have coffee, fruit or pastries in morning. Will stay again.」

「Jodi, behind the desk, was a real gem! She is friendly, fun and full of information about Duluth and activities to do. The hotel is in a great location and perfect to walk to Bentleyville. It is convenient as it is connected to 2 restaurants. The breakfast is filling with enough choices. The suites could be updated, but there is plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms and two baths and comfortable king beds. I have stayed before and will again. I also appreciate the readonable rates! 」
