「We had a nice stay. Location was great and walkable to Canal Park. Hotel was clean but breakfast wasn’t anything special.」

「Room was clean. Heard some walking from the neighbors above us. A couple of the doors need some attention. Our hotel room closed so hard and made a large noise when we fully closed it. Our bathroom door swung open on it's own and if we didn't fully open it when leaving the room, it would "fall" open and make a noise when it hit the wall. The breakfast area was very busy on the 2nd morning we were there and not enough sitting room for everyone. We ended up eating in the lobby area on a couch. 」

「The room was very clean and we had an amazing view of the harbor. The grounds were beautifully decorated for fall including 2 giant carved pumpkins! We had s'mores at the campfire, just a stone's throw from the water. It was an amazing experience!」

「our stay was great- 1st time at this property- have been too and stayed in Duluth MANY times, this is a hotel I would return too on another trip! A plus- it had a Sauna- and a rooftop pool we were not aware of, so this was a nice bonus! Breakfast is one of the better ones we have had- breakfast room is a great size, not crowded by people, room to move - only downfall there was no 'meat' for breakfast (bacon/sausage) otherwise staff was friendly and nice, and I would definitely recommend and will...
