「Pool was closed. Disappointing since I chose this hotel over another and paid more for the pool」

「This is a lovely place. The rooms were clean and the decor was thoughtfully chosen — not overbearing or kitschy. The kitchenette had all the necessary dishes, utensils and pots. The small grounds were nice and conducive to ready. The location was great. Very close to downtown Portsmouth and the price was reasonable, especially when compared with those just a couple of miles away in Portsmouth.」

「Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.」

「Wifi weak, Floor water leak, Lack of maintenance, No staff for check-in midnight, Dropbox key lost during midnight check-in.」

「There was nothing g special about this facility. The heat was on high could not adjust. The bathroom door was a mess along with the rest of the property. Do nitrecommend」
