「Great staff at reception and throughout Accommodation and facility great Breakfast yummy」

「We are a family of 3 and stayed in their 2-queen room with a kitchenette. The room has a sink, a bar fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, mugs, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is no kettle. The sitting area has a sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable. There are extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed inside a tiny closet, but no extra blanket. The hotel amenities are very limited; no extra soap by the kitchenette sink, and no shower cap. The check-in process was very slow. Staff are...

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I arrived late last night. The owners were so kind, they turned the heat on and made things very comfortable for when I arrived. The room is so clean it has a lovely wardrobe lots of drawers for clothes and beautiful white linens. Super clean! Way better than many holiday inn expresses that I have stayed in.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」
