「Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The...

「Wonderful location, can walk to restaurants and shops in less than 10 minutes. Beautiful spot to catch the sunset on the water across the street. Poipu lots of beaches you can walk or drive to near by. Rooms were very clean! Fabulous pools, and a nice adults only pool that felt very secluded. Great value!」

「Room was clean and adequate. 1 sink. Bed comfortable. LBT flooring. Food was very good. Pool very nice. Beach access and view great. Ocean view room clear to ocean although the view of roof top below was dirty and could use some TLC. Generally nice stay for 3 days near the airport. Would do it again.」

「Overall a nice place and a terrific location.」

「床很舒服，但隔音有點差，電視不好用網路連線很爛，無法連線觀看YouTube」

「Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

「There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

「⭐ Beware of Hidden Fees – $593 in Unexpected Charges! Be very careful when booking this property! We were shocked to discover $593 in additional charges at check-in, including a $250 cleaning fee, a $79 damage waiver fee, and a $100 amenity fee, plus taxes. These charges were not clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, the property was not even properly cleaned! For a $250 cleaning fee, you would expect the place to be spotless. Paying an additional $593 on top of the advertised...
