"My stay was fine. The route to the walkway connecting this hotel to T4 was a bit confusing, but that was due to signage inside Heathrow. One sign on a pedestal was turned round. My room was fine, staff were great, breakfast was ample and I slept well. Staying this close to the terminals at Heathrow really makes this easy. "

"the hotel is well located. Lots of restaurants and close to the subway. All restaurants and shops are kid friendly. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and i recommend it . Thank you."

"I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows. Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant."

"Only stayed one night as catching a flight from Heathrow the following day. Room generally clean though stains on carpet. Bathroom clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel & Room was nice, clean, spacious. The breakfast was good, but not worth £18. Having to also pay £18 for the car park as a paying guest was unexpected, not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Having queried this with staff, the parking would have been free had I booked direct and not via hotels.com!"
