「everything is good and comfortable except for the lift, which could not be operated by the room key card. Instead, the hotel staff needs to use their card to operate one of the lifts. 」

「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

「This hotel is conveniently positioned halfway between the Wimbledon and South Wimbledon train stations. Good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. We have stayed multiples times and like it. Has a new feel to decor but my only reservation is the carpets need cleaning throughout, especially in the stairwells. 」
