「Clean rooms and great facilities 」

「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. 」
