「There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」

「The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was a little cold though but we still made use of it and the hot tub. The only negative was that we had our 18 month old with us, and after traveling for 4 hours she was ready to stretch her legs and run around some. Well, the people in the room under us didnt like a toddler running around at 10pm for 5 minutes and called the office on us. Next time I think we will just get a 1st floor room so nobody is bothered by it lol. Overall everything was...
