"The property was understaffed but they did the best they could and were very pleasant. The property is looking very tired. Carpets are grungy, everything needs painting, bathrooms are desperately needing an update - they were just as bad as the last time we stayed there 18 years ago! The rooms are tired, old fashioned furniture, old beds without bed skirts, common areas are just as bad. The entire hotel needs some love, but more importantly some money spent on the right renovations to bring it to the standards we were expecting but are not currently present."
