"Overall, I was satisfied with the stay, but upon check-in, I had to wait in line for over five minutes, and the American Express card processing was delayed, requiring a quite lengthy wait for card approval. A similar card processing issue occurred during breakfast as well. Given that other establishments in Whistler Village—such as souvenir shops, restaurants, and bakeries—experienced zero issues, this appears to be an internal problem specific to Hilton. Having endured a long drive, feeling exhausted, this caused a fair bit of inconvenience. Furthermore, being awakened early in the morning by thumping noises and having my sleep interrupted was quite unpleasant. Considering the property's age, it appears to be reasonably well-maintained overall; however, the kitchen and bathroom are likely in need of renovation in the near future."

"What a luxurious stay. From the excellent staff (AJ at the front desk was super helpful) to the top notch amenities- yoga, sound bath, we had such a restorative and wonderful family vacation. Cannot wait to return!"
