"Staff were 5 star from the door people to the reception to the servers. A very nice clean hotel to stay in however it really doesn’t matter how exceptional a hotel might be if you don’t sleep well. Everyone can agree that they want to feel rested on a vacation I am sure. Unfortunately every time we stay at the Westin at Whistler we don’t sleep well because of the pillows. There are many of them but they are so high that they give us a stiff neck. Since there are so many pillows there should be a variety of soft or firm. I have written to the Westin about this before but it hasn’t changed."

"The location is excellent, close to everything in the village. The room with a loft is good for 3-4 people. The couch has 2 separate single pull out beds. Once the pull out beds are open, there's not much space left in the room. The bathroom has lots of counter space which is a plus."

"Good location - in the village. Nice view from balcony. Enjoyed small heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Property is dated. Slow elevators. Matress could use an upgrade; too much motion from each little movement. Coffee maker didn’t work. Rooms are not serviced unless you request it. Parking was extra $25-30/night."

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a bit tricky to get to our room as there are 2 different elevators. We also had a power outage/breaker issue in the morning just when we were trying to get ready to check out. Other than that, the room was decent, beds were comfortable and room was nice. I would stay here again."
