"At the right price this is by far the best property to stay at in Whistler. The staff are always polite and professional, the location is excellent, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. While some things are a bit frayed around the edges, like the house robes, I keep coming back because after a few stays it starts to feel like home. The only small issue over the last two visits was the drinking in the hot tubs in the evening, especially with kids around. While most were drinking in moderation each night there was at least one obviously drunk and loud guest and on the last night a couple were being so intimate in the hot tub that a family with children took one look and turned right around back to their room. Not the hotels fault at all but maybe a staff member could visit the area in the evenings and remind guests to drink in moderation and behave respectfully."

"Beautiful, quiet, super-clean accommodations. Unmanned front desk was unusual for us but co-hosting Reception Desk at Les Chamois was excellent. Assistance we requested was provided quickly and much to our satisfaction. We totally enjoyed our stay."
