"Nice environment. But there is no AC in the room, only room fans which blew dust around. Found dusty blinds in the bedroom and dusty furniture. Room amenities were good, but needed some maintenance in areas. Lack of key access and only using push button access for every entrance is quite annoying. I was driving a minivan which is extremely difficult to park since the lots are very narrow"

"A wonderful hotel with a perfect location right in the center of everything. The only issue was that when we arrived, there was a group of about 400 people staying at the hotel for a corporate event. The pool was impossible to enjoy because it was extremely crowded. The bartender at the bar was also very rude, which made the evening unpleasant and really put a damper on our experience. I wish I had been informed in advance that the hotel would be hosting such a large corporate group. If I had known, I would have chosen a different hotel for a relaxing getaway. I would especially like to mention the massage therapists at the spa. The massage was absolutely perfect! I also want to highly recommend a wonderful young man from Turkey who works at the front Desk! Sorry forgot name. He was excellent and provided exceptional service."

"Our only nit pick would be the location. Didnt realize there are no bike lifts on blackcomb… if we wanted to goto the room for lunch, it was a 10 minute pedal/hike back to the property."
