Perfectly located by the Whistler gondola and all the shopping! Restaurant attached and accessible from lobby. Service is great. Everyone is so friendly and when you ask, they come through quickly. Parking garage below and elevator in lobby. The cons.. poor sleep due to a blinking red light directly above our bed (upper loft suite room). It was awful, so distracting. Also room did not get serviced after our first night even though we placed a tag on the door. But they came the next day t day after a request to front desk. I'd stay here again contingent on not experiencing the blinking red light.

Bed was comfy! Couch was VERY comfy! View was great. Proximity to lifts and village - AMAZING! Loved the daily ski valet. Sophie and Kiera at the front desk were AMAZING! My only complaint- and it’s small - I wish the TV was a smart TV or could watch Netflix from. That’s maybe the only thing that could have made it better. Oh and one other suggestion - keep 3 logs in the room with a sign that would be charged if used - similar to the bottled water. Oh and a small fire poker? I will 100% stay there again! Loved it!!!!

Room condition was ok. It is a clean hotel but outdated. The only thing about this hotel that is great is staff and the location. Their staff were friendly and very professional. It is an old building and needs major renovation. If you do not spend a lot of hours in room and will be in ski and sightseeing and only need sleep place I recommend this hotel. Price was good.

The room was small and clean. However the heating system is so old that the unit in the room clicks on and off every 20 seconds and sounds like an airplane taking off. We could not sleep at all with all this noise so got up at 2 am to turn off the system. The room cooled down but we were able to get a couple of hours sleep before our big ski day.

Average. The rooms did not meet what I expected from the photos. Not a place for a romantic couple. Okay for as a family stay. Note one elevator and some rooms are on a seperate floor as you have to take stairs even though you still need to use the elevator.

The location couldn’t have been better for skiing (which we didn’t do) and just enjoying the village. The room was spacious and well laid out, and while older, the bathroom looked recently updated. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, but my FAVOURITE thing about the hotel were the fireplaces! A REAL fireplace that we thoroughly enjoyed. You must use special preformed logs from the front desk but the first one is free, and any after that are only $5. Well worth it for hours of warm flickering light, it’s so peaceful. On Christmas eve they delivered Rocky mountain chocolates (YUM) and a bottle of wine to our room, a very nice unexpected gift. I would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were closed, and this is not mentioned when booking. I did get a text from a general manager welcoming us and letting us know, but at that point it was too late to cancel without being charged. Disappointing as I was truly looking forward to a warm soak Christmas eve and a nice swim Christmas morning. I will say we did receive LOTS of correspondence from various managers before, during and after our stay. I don’t think I’ve ever felt that my experience and opinion mattered more than it did to the management of this hotel and it was APPRECIATED! Overall a fantastic experience with very comfy bed, nice clean room, good service and a great price for the area.

The room was not what it showed to be on the pictures. We booked 3 rooms all three rooms had stains all over the couches. The washrooms were dirty and not cleaned properly including hair in the stand up shower in one of the rooms. We checked out right away the moment we looked at the room after check in.

Excellent location, parking was easier than I thought. You can drive to the underground parking spot assigned via msg, and then load your stuff and get up to the lobby through the elevator. The hotel and the room are a bit old but no big deal. One trick part is, for the loft room I booked, I need to first take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk stairs down half floor to reach my room. Noise was minimal during my stay, guess it’s still early skiing season. Noise might be an issue during peak season. The location itself is excellent. You can walk to the Whistler gondola in 3 minutes, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Parking checkout time is 1 pm which means having to pay extra parking for both check in and check out days. Have stayed at multiple hotels in same area which allowed parking until 4 pm.
