"Having never stayed in this type of hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Had a side entry pod which was surprisingly roomy for what it was. Great set up with the fan for air circulation and noise cancelling. Wouldn’t want to spend a week but for a night or two it was great. Lots of washroom and shower spaces as well. "

"It was nice to be in the 2nd building because it was closer to the gondolas than the 1st building with the front desk and The Keg. Our loft unit + 2 twin sofa beds was spacious for the four of us. It was a little old (bathroom door lock was loose) but clean. We'd stay here again, but would ask for unit 307 or less because 308, 309 and 310 had ski lockers in the parking level rather than the first floor ski locker room."

"Property is well maintained. Pool & hotub were great. Our bathroom floor could have used a bit more cleaning, but overall it's a good place to stay & we will stay again."

"We used to stay in loft previously, and it was great! The studio was a different experience. I wish I knew the guests are supposed to clean the bathroom every time after taking shower. Otherwise, the entire floor will be a solid puddle. The room has a very strange and inconvenient layout: for some reason, there's no closet, although there is a tiny hanger in the back. In fact, the space could have been used much more effectively. And then there's the "book an early check-in, but we can't guarantee it will be available" policy. "
