「I just stayed here and it was a great experience. It was my first time in New Orleans and the staff made me feel so welcome. The front desk lady (Nicole) was extremely helpful and very kind. There is also a gentleman that I dont have his name which is also a great staff member; very, very helpful and always with a good spirit. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
