Hilton Waikoloa Village

"The room was clean and beautiful; however the air conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance came to fix it twice and stated it was fixed but it was not. They even offered to come in again during my last night but I declined because I didn’t want my day to be interrupted again and it seems as though the fixes were not working at all. The temperature in the room was tolerable during the night, so I wasn’t uncomfortably hot. I would recommend and even stay at this hotel again if I ever revisited Kona."

"Easy check-in, wonderful property, though the bathroom door didn't lock. Location was perfect was able to walk to the beach in about 10 min. Would definitely stay there again."

"Our unit was immaculate. Super clean, newly painted, all new appliances including fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the unit. Large kitchen, full dining table and living room area with sofa and multiple chairs around a coffee table. Every room has a tv. There is a market next to the property so you can get your groceries and cook all of your meals. Recommend getting an upper floor with a golf course view."

"Great hotel with wonderful pools and beach. Wish there were more restaurant options and more free chairs on the beach, but besides that.... It was awesome."

"We had a great stay in condo 4E. Very roomy very clean. The grounds are beautiful. One of the best sunsets of my trip was by the pool. Asked for someone to come fix my patio light but that didn't happen. Overall great time and would recommend."
