"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"Great service, comfortable clean environment. Plenty of amenities, dining and shopping options, kind of a "one stop shop" Everything is there for you already."

"We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)"

"Our room had an amazing view and was overall very nice. We had issues with ants in the room though. The first day the cleaning crew did not come to our room. When I called they quickly sent someone with towels and from them on the room was cleaned. The room was at the back of the property. The was was far and the shuttle wait was long. There is no parking near the room. I was excited to ride the boats to the room. Those were not operating any longer. The hotel has restaurants and many amenities...
