"Location was great, and a residential area that was quiet but still a short and safe walk to the ebisu station. Housekeeping with sheet and towel change daily, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at the front after checkout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!"
"The room was clean, spotless and room service is top notch! Staff is what makes this hotel amazing. Whoever is looking for an amazing hotel. Look no further and book this. Second time staying here and will be coming back here again!"
"I had a nice stay. I liked the location. It’s a couple minutes walk to Shibuya square scramble. The Shibuya train station is right outside the hotel. There are many food and shopping places in walking distance. The room was small but clean. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. They assisted me in catching the limousine bus to Narita airport which was a little over an hour away. Yes I would recommend. Yes I world stay there again."
