"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"The staff was very friendly. This hotel was at the upper level, sharing floor with others unit but looks safe because they close the main door all the time. Great price for medium size room (cheap). Suitable for a single or couple traveler whose looking for budget hotel which is very near to the center of Kota Kinabalu (walking distance to Gaya street, kampung air). "I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice"
