"Be prepared for additional hidden charges at check in. These are for "Resort Fees". I wouldn't mind this so much if we had better access to the resort offerings. The pool closes at 6:00 pm and one afternoon/evening while we were there, we were not allowed access to the main pool due to a private party. That should not be a thing when you have all of your guests paying a resort fee that should give you access to all of the amenities."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The biggest disappointment was the room location and lack of amenities. My room was in the "Versailles" tower which is across the street from the Paris hotel. You are actually closer to the Horseshoe casino, restaurants, etc. Getting to the pool was a long trek through the main hotel casino because the elevator was not working. As to the room itself, it was spacious; however, there is no complimentary coffee maker nor refrigerator. So any leftovers from the massive meals you pay for cannot be saved and if you want a morning coffee you pay $9.00 plus a tip for room service for a 16 oz. cup of coffee. Housekeeping is kept to a bare minimum."

"Great room in a great location. Lots of shopping and eateries attached to the Venetian which is a real plus. It gets a bit crowded in the casino on the weekends so i like midweek the best. It could use a coffee machine in the room and the lighting over the area where you open your suitcase could use more lighting. I had to use light from the TV to see inside my suitcase. The large upscale bathroom is fantastic. I keep coming back to this hotel because of the large rooms and the shopping and the restaurants and its central location on the strip. Overall it is my favorite place to stay in Vegas."

"I had heard bad things about the Luxor and was having 2nd thoughts about staying there but the food was amazing at the Luxor we ate at the Cantina, Public House and Cafe and everything was delicious we even splurged at the Steakhouse and it was worth every penny. I would recommend staying in the Towers though not the Pyramid."

"Guest services was great. Hotel room bathroom could use a deeper clean and our toilet got clog during the stay but maintenance came up fast and fixed it. Water pressure on shower head could be a bit stronger. Resort fee should be optional. We did not use any extra amenities other than WiFi. Pretty much great room and amazing bed to sleep in and get dressed. "

"Tried multiple times to call the front desk and no one ever answered. You also have to pay for parking now, which we did not have to do last year. Room / hallways were dirty. Will not stay here again. "
