「Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it! 「The experience of living here is quite good. The hostel is close to Tribunal metro station and the shopping area of the city( around 5 minutes to the former and 10 to 20minutes walk for the latter). Staff were nice and helpful. However, Tribunal metro station are not fully accessible by elevators/escalators so people travel with big luggage should be aware of that.」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...
