「I was disappointed that the pool was not available. At this time of year it would be nice to cool off at the end of the day.」

「No pool! We chose this hotel instead of others mainly because they had pool. However, the pool was not open yet in wait for inspection. This was not announced at the website. Our kids were very disappointed. The staff lacked enthusiasm and were unwelcoming. The room had a weird smell. The only upside was that we had breakfast outside with a nice view of the marina.」

We were made to feel at home by the staff from the first moment as Tracy gave us a tour of the amenities and showed us to our room. The homemade ginger cookies in the break area were yummy. 「We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...
