"The hotel is nice with a great location. However, the room ACs can only be controlled by the front desk staff and they don’t work properly either. "

"The room was dusty there was zero water pressure not to mention a 45 min drive up the mountain from town the most nerve wrecking hazardous experience ever we weren’t able to stay. No Tv in the living room no mini fridge no one at the front desk no one also to answer the phone. If they had music breakfast or something going on in such a huge space it might be more inviting. They couldn’t accommodate anything no refund no partial no nothing they recommend a restaurant near the property in the mountains"

"Beautiful area but there’s a 30 minute drive to the nearest beach. Staff by the pool area and breakfast staff were amazing."

Richard ( helped on special breakfast delivery and showing us around and new rooms for future reservations) and Jan helped with baggage at check in) were very helpful going above and beyond their task to help in order to please us and to help us with our requests."

"Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it."
