「Yes, you can tell when you drive up to it that it is very well kept. The room is very clean and the bathroom pristine. Bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. 」

「My wife and I have been using rentals at Lantern Lodge, formerly Residences at Biltmore, since they opened. This was a top a notch rental property. But it's amazing how some rentals are being neglected. Every time we go back now the rental provided to us lack updates. On this particular visit there were new TVs. There was a large space after closing the door which made you feel unsafe. The easy chair and ottoman needs to be thrown out. It was so nasty, we wouldn't dare sit on them and the sofa...

「When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification. The front desk told me I was getting a king studio and a$15 discount for each day we stayed. I was clear this offer was not acceptable. We get to the studio and the room is horrible. I asked...

「Our room was very spacious. We traveled with for ladies. The room was very clean. We could not of asked for more from the free breakfast. The items changed daily. Front desk was very helpful. This location was very close to the Biltmore. 」

「This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this. 」
