Exceptionally nice staff and very clean property tucked off the main busy road, but still walkable to stores. Easy access to freeways and Blue Ridge Parkway. I’d stay here again.

The AC unit was quite noisy when running. The room was next to the elevator which could have been noisy, but it was broken the night I stayed. I liked the location being close to the BRP.

Overall good value (very clean + spacious). The fire alarm light in room is too bright and flashes throughout the night so it was hard to sleep. My husband found the mattress fine, but I found it very uncomfortable. Half of the staff we spoke to were very nice, the other half were very dry (bordering on rude).

The front desk staff was extremely nice . Rooms are clean beds are comfy it was perfect for me to crash out after my concert . Saved the location in my favorites list because i will be back everytime im in the area . Thank.you guys for making my stay very nice 👌

Great clean rooms.

Very clean hotel. I just wish they offered rooms with a couch. Very comfortable beds. We have stayed twice plan on coming back.

I picked this property because it was brand new so I thought it would be clean. It was not. It’s not really a hotel it’s for extended stays like people working Out of town so there are crews of men staying here. There was random peoples hairs in the bathtub and sink. There was dried Waffle House Hashbrowns in the floor. It’s loud you can hear every other guest moving above you and doors slamming. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am and we had to evacuate with our dog who was traumatized. It took about 30 min to go back in but after being woke up we slept terrible. Couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. Do not recommend.
