「The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart.」

Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)」

To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...

There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly.
