「Great hotel, excellent location」

「很多面包」

「Everything was terrific. One big plus is being next to the Zorlo Mall with many good restaurants.」

「The room and the shower were both very spacious and comfortable! And, the harbor view was magnificent! I loved the people and the hotel!」

「Poor service, in particular the receptionist: 1. Unable to answer our request to arrange airport transfer in advance despite our repeated follow-up attempts 2. Failure to provide an invoice at checkout 3. Failure to provide an email invoice to date (more than a week since checkout) as agreed 4. Inconsistency - one receptionist said I could get Marriott points at checkout but the other staff said I couldn't when checking out」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...

「Nice place, recommend it」

「Fantastic sea side view」

「Staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout my whole stay!」

「The hotel was located close enough to Ortaköy, with a short walk of around 8 minutes away. The return journey was slightly longer due to steep heels but okay if you don’t want to skip leg day. The room was clean and tidy, with shampoo and body wash provided as well as complimentary water. The TV fitted in the room also at Netflix which was useful, enabling you to keep up to date with the latest series, etc.」
