「Started off with a room change because, the lady said they over booked. That could have been a problem, for that “Karen” that goes looking for things to complain about. AND, Yes it is old, and doesn’t have a lot of pointless, unnecessary frills, so what? Surprisingly clean, and a very comfortable, firm bed! The biggest surprise was the room had a carport! Now, that, in the event of rain or snow is enough of a bonus to book the room. 」

「This is my all-time favorite hotel in the entire country. Only a 25-minute drive to dauphin Island. Some of the most delicious food you will eat about 5 minutes down the road. The Little couple that owns this hotel are the sweetest people that you could ever meet. If you're wanting to get a weekend away and have a nice quiet day on the beach I suggest staying at this hotel. They are super friendly. Super clean. And totally worth it」

「On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. 」

We booked this property because it said “you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.” We immediately left after discovering that it is just a couple rooms in a man’s house and he would be there the entire time. Such a waste of money. 」
