For what you pay per night, you would think that there would be soap so you could bathe shampoo maybe a little conditioner nope, you get nothing you have two queen beds three pillows there is a three pillow max per room make it make sense. Hope you don’t need to throw trash away in the garbage cans that they supply cause there’s no garbage bags if you’re planning on using the stove just know pots pans, silverware plates, dawn, dish, dishwashing, liquid, a sponge there’s not one dish in the whole room. If you want to borrow apart from them, they will give you one the size of a sauce pan for a $50 deposit and just to give you a heads up they fail to tell you that you can only use magnetic pots and pans on the two burner stove, or it will not turn on! The laundry smells like it’s been sitting in a moldy basement for a year. The two queen beds are actually futon bed mattresses is the only way I can describe it and mine was lopsided can’t get comfortable and you get this really thin kind of like a heating pad blanket as your comforter smelling like mildew and I sure hope you enjoy lots noise couples arguing, and fighting and cops being called because that is what you will get! No ice machine no breakfast cold coffee just don’t do itI’m going

there was no toilet paper or soap at all. no new towels. staff never took our trash out or made beds and tried to charge a cleaning fee.

This was a one night stop to a longer destination. It was cheap and had good reviews… we got there and the front desk was polite but not particularly friendly, especially the men who were present. Our room was filthy. The AC had been turned off, so it was hot, musty, and smelled like armpit. The sheets had obviously not been changed from the previous tenant judging by the abundance of hair clippings… I asked for clean sheets, which I changed myself. We lysoled everything and bought an odor eliminating candle. Someone down the hall was lighting up every two hours so that added to the plethora of aromas… Oh!! I went to get ice to fill up the ice bucket (no sanitary bag) and one of the men from the desk came running to see what I was doing. Multiple things were broken or in disrepair.. some as simple as burned out light bulbs and there was mildew and mold in many places in the ceiling and shower.

The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that.
