「Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. 「The best B & B I’ve stayed in. The host Helen is absolutely lovely, and fixes an amazing breakfast. The room was charming, well decorated, and had amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Tea, water and a couple snacks were also provided in the room. A wonderful place, I hope one day to return.」

The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. "Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw them on the floor without permission. The lunch server said there were no sundaes, but the dinner server said they were available "all day.""
