"I would consider this a good hotel overall. Staff was really friendly, room was spacious, location is within walking distance of most attractions. Couch, chair, and tv could use some upgrading, valet was a bit slow and they need to do a better job clearing out cars from their entrance (hard to pass through). It looks like they converted the building to a hotel at some point, maybe an old city hall. "

"I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!! "

"We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. "

"This place was very well located in a very nice and modern building. The on site parking and coffee were very convenient. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I think it would make for a very good option for a long term stay. The only suggestion I have for the place is some curtains for the window. It’s a lovely large window but the blinds don’t keep enough sun out in the morning. "
