"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "

"Pleasant stay all round. Staff is cordial. Room cleanliness good. Buffet breakfast is good with plenty of fresh and sweet fruits as well as a wonderful coffee machine churning up delicious cafe latte with the option of selecting more milk foam. MRT is just right around the corner which is important for me to travel around the island, meeting my extended family & some old friends. "

"Our room was quite small which was to be expected. I mainly picked this hotel because of the location and price. I found the bed to be very hard and our sink didnt properly drain but either than that our stay was alright. AC worked great but the vent was located above your face where you sleep so we had to turn fan speed down."
