"Staff were very helpful at the time of check-in and assisted me with all my enquiries. Special thanks to Mr Ismail, for all his assistance, kindness and professionalism. The hotel is a hidden germ because it is located on a culde-sac, so there is almost no traffic or way less passing by and fairly more quite and tranquil when you need to rest especially in Istanbul and yet in close proximity to all tourists attractions. It also serves a large variety of Turkish delicacies for breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay there and am planning to stay again prior to my departure from Istanbul. I am grateful for the experience and service."

"This is a small but full-service hotel located in the heart of Sultanhamet, a 5-10 minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The room was well-appointed, the bed comfortable, and the marble-tiled bathroom spotless, all with a nice view of the Sea of Marmara.the breakfast was quite good, with scrambled eggs, salads, breads, fruit, cheeses, and excellent coffee, with wonderful servers. I could not have been more pleased with my stay."

"Location is perfect for tour sites and public transportation. Very helpfull staff and amazing service. Breakfast was excellent. We visited late April (still chilly at night) and the hotel had locked air conditioning to heat function only. It got hot at night and had to open windows to sleep."

"Staff was amazing specially Mr. Mustafa who greeted us at the reception and he was very humble and helpful person and helped us in all possible ways. Air conditioning was a little low that kept us a bit hot through night but we didn’t complain so can’t blame the hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and they tried different dishes every day. I would recommend this place to stay. Very close to all attractions. We literally took few minutes of walk to blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. Tons of shops and restaurants close by. "

"Incredibly small room, bed and shower was not great. Location is excellent and worth the long drive from airport. That said, the service for reserved shuttle from airport was not great and fairly pricey. Shuttle back to airport was pricey, but the driver and service was much better. Rooftop staff were amazing as they supported me through my fear of birds and managed to capture a memorable video feeding the bird with the blue mosque in background. This is why I gave 4 stars. "

"Our stay couldn’t have been better as first-time visitors to Istanbul. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of it all, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s major landmarks, and just as convenient to hop on a ferry to the Asian side. With nearby access to trams, the metro, and buses, getting around was effortless. The area is full of great places to eat. Our favorite was Ortaklar Kebap just around the corner, and if you don’t mind a short walk, Ziya Baba Türk Mutfağı is a must—authentic, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is charming, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who truly made our stay memorable. Breakfast on the rooftop is a highlight—the view alone is a showstopper—but what really stands out is the warmth of the manager and his team. It’s the perfect way to start your day. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, and cleaned daily. There is a fresh, beautiful scent that lingers—I genuinely wish I could bottle it and bring it home. A special mention to the sweet elderly housekeeping lady, whose kindness did not go unnoticed. We’re already planning our return."

"Loved the hotel, room, staff, location, view from room and roof, and breakfast offerings and setting. Only issue is that I got food poisoning and based on timing I think it was something at breakfast."
