「Comfortable stay overall with standard Four Seasons services. Excellent location, 1 min walk to major tourist sites. The only thing with this hotel is that it books out the restaurant to big tourist groups and the hotel guests are left without any tables. Same goes for the terrace bar - it was booked out for private events and closed to hotel guests. 「Its location was good and room was very clean. We got a little push back when we asked for another toilet paper, but it was resolved. Had to advance order for breakfast so we missed our window .Good directions to grand bazaar but wasn't told their were many tea shops 4 blocks away? so that info would have been helpful.Hotel on a busy street , so a little noisy but close the windows.We weren't told that when you turn off the lights ,electricity in the room turns off. So you can't charge phones...

「The hotel is in a great location. Close in walking distance to all the important historical sites. Room is comfortable with all the things needed though not fancy. Great communication.
