「Olga at reception was incredibly helpful and charming. This is an amazing place for the money. We had a hot tub with a great view of the caldera. And the location was perfect. It was a good hike to Oia, and an easy one to Imerovigli and Fira.」

「View and interior design is nice, very clean room and nice breakfast, tho may not easy to park and require a 5-10 mins walk of steep road, be aware of you have many luggage. Only few stores and restaurant nearby, but I will say it worth the stay for its sunset view and chill vibe of the room!」

「Panos was an excellent host, very helpful with all our questions/requests for food recommendations, transfers etc. We used the very clean pool and cabana and it wasn't busy. We had an incredible sunset view from our balcony (unit 1), although being on the first floor did have a couple of obstructions of roofs and poles. Also a great place to start the hike to Oia, the path is directly in front of the building. Highly recommend.」

「What can I say. Everyone of our needs were met usually before we even had to ask. They serve breakfast on your balcony every day. I never had a view like this before my life. One of the nicest places we ever stayed at. They set up all my transportation to and from the airport, the ferry, all excursions. Highest recommendation.」

「OMG! If you want to feel like Royalty go stay at the Iconic hotel in Santorini! We had the most wonderful stay. First, let's talk about the view! It's one of the best views I have ever experienced. We got to walk around and the view from the other hotels didn't match up. And the room is beautiful - a REAL cave, not man made! Then the communication through the Expedia app was a plus. They kept us informed and offered services like booking a private driver to take you from the airport or booking...

「I barely ever write reviews. This place and the owner were exceptional. Couldnt imagine a better view or spot to see Santorini. Perfect balance of privacy and access to everting (as long as you don’t mind some strolls with some of the best views in the world. We loved it). Very much a family run business on the host’s ancestral property. He went above and beyond with every little detail. This should be the place you stay. He should probably charge more.
