「Beautiful stay, although walk to Fira is very difficult. Streets don’t have sidewalks so it is very unsafe. Otherwise. It was a wonderful stay」

「Amazing experience with an amazing view. We were well taken care of, no complaints.」

「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「The staff are very nice and helped with luggage. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset on the rooftop with hot tubs. Will definitely come again. 💕」

「Katerina is very helpful with arranging transportations for us. Best way to connect to her is via WhatsApp. She is very accomodating with our checkin/checkout needs. My room has a beautiful view of city view and the water. It is very relaxing.」

「The staff here is amazing. They are incredibly communicative and helpful. Beautiful room with private hot tub and roof top.」

「The room itself is stunning, quirky cave with a lot of space, the bed was comfy and the shower powerful , the view is the opposite side of the caldera but beautiful none the less, uninterrupted views and a lovely tranquil outdoor space to watch the sun rise or set , breakfast was superb and served outside the room so add this option on if you can , room was super clean, crisp white, host provided great communication, it’s a quiet spot about 10 mins from the main town which makes it nice and...

「住宿出入上坡路斜坡，有點累。」

「Absolutely loved my stay at Lava Suites! The location is excellent, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. Sofia and the entire team are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🤍✨」

「靚景，房間整潔。 泳池好靚，但去時天氣太凍無落水。 行番去市中心都好近，太約行10分鐘就到，幾方便。」

「The room is perfect with a balcony can enjoy the nice view anytime. Receptionist is so helpful and nice. Including breakfast is very good, provide many option and make a pre-order form, the breakfast will come to your room or balcony at the time you picked. You can find a small supermarket and a store just in front of hotel. Just one thing is.......not much restaurant choices on this area. Becz it's a small village and silent at night. But if you rental a car, it's not a problem then, but...

「員工十分友善，親切。視野極佳，早餐可以在房間門口陽台一邊用餐一邊享受絕景，十分感動。唯一小可惜的是，如果希望搭乘公車移動的人，要考慮一下走路到費拉搭車的距離。」

「Staffs are very helpful. Super clean! Easy to park the car. Nice jacuzzi pool.」

「la camera, anche se piccola, è funzionale! struttura pulita, e loro sono molto cordiali. istruzioni per il late check-in molto chiare. consiglio assolutamente!」

「Staying at Veranda View was everything we had hoped for and more!! The view from our bedroom was absolutely lovely and the balcony was also great. Anastasia was very helpful! She let us drop off our luggage early and gave us some great recommendations for places to try out. Great stay!」

「The property was beautiful and well located. Just a few minutes away from Fira where all the restaurants are located. The hosts were very helpful and looked after us really well. We went with our kids and all 4 were comfortable!」
