"Misleading advertising "

"Staff contacted us to see if we wanted the “luxury suite” said there was a hot tub outside. Thinking this was going to be better we excepted. Sadly it was so cold and windy, not to mention the hot tub water was cold!! Totally unuseable.We had rented another room for our friends that was nicer with a hot tub that when using it flooded the bathroom floor! Had to use all the towels to soak up the water You can’t drink the water in the rooms so the gave use 2 small bottles of water for both days. No fresh towels for hot tub. "

"The villa we stayed at was beautiful, it was not far from town center or the airport. The receptionist tried calling and helping us with a tour but it was our fault, we didn't say anything the day before. Even with that everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. It was super relaxing and slow. The weather was beautiful, it was before tourists season. A lot of mosquitoes but that's life, all with coming to this place."

The guy who brought us breakfast and the complimentary champagne upon check in was super friendly too! In my opinion you can’t get a better view, service, or clean suite anywhere else in Santorini. "Everything was perfect! We even got upgraded since it was low season. The view was the best part. You have to be in shape willing to climb a lot of steps and hills, but that’s the beauty of Santorini. Everything was nearby and pretty walkable. Easy to find open restaurants and taxis, even in low season. Highly recommend it!"
