"The staff are incredible, welcoming and go above and beyond to assist. I stayed here on my birthday, and the staff were incredible enough to provide a little birthday surprise, including balloons, a birthday banner, cake and wine. My birthday was only mentioned briefly to them at check-in, and they still took this extra step to make it feel special. Further, they were very helpful in assisting us in navigating Santorini's bus system. The rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, are kept clean and tidy."
