「The location was accessible and a 5 minute drive to the old port. The grounds were pristine and the building had great modern urban styling. The amenities (I dont normally comment about) were excellent. Thank you for the friendly excellent service. Would stay here again. 」

「Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. Room is not big but it is very well furnished and clean. Balcony is great and beautiful. Buffet breakfast is great too. Recommended to stay in this hotel in Parikia.」

「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

「Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history 」

「The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They contacted us even prior to our stay to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the resort. The front desk closes around eight but a staff member was there to welcome us and take us to our room. They even arranged for a small snack for us. Their breakfast was healthy and gave a taste of Santorini. The location was excellent as we had the sunset view.」
