「The staff were super friendly and welcoming and there were great amenities, but there were general maintenance issues which let the 5* rating down e.g., air con unit and room phone were faulty when we arrived and there were chunks of glass/breakages on some of the furniture in our room (coffee table and kitchen cabinet drawers). Overall service in the restaurants was good but on some occasions we had to follow up with the staff on the whereabouts of our food and drinks after waiting a fair...

The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back.」

Both pools are extremely clean and well kept, they were cold only because we came at a little bit of a colder time.
