He is a wealth of information and so warm and helpful. He helped us rent a car and gave us all the great spots to go to. 「There is no sun light at all in the room. Very disappointing 」

We appreciated the quick response of the staff in fixing the strong smell of chlorine from our in-room jacuzzi. We recommend free shuttle service to the Old town in daytime.
