We had a great stay at Sophia! We booked extremely last minute after our other accommodation cancelled just days before our arrival, and thankfully we were able to find Sophia — it truly couldn’t have worked out better. The location is fantastic, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The plunge pool and terrace were a huge bonus and such a lovely place to relax and unwind. The whole experience was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded our expectations, especially considering how last-minute our booking was. We’re so glad we found Sophia and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I really wish I can write a good review for this place. There was only two good things about it. The staff was amazing. The view was breathtaking, but this was nothing close to luxury. It was a cave. The bed was uncomfortable. We had to ask for several things that already should be part of a suite. The chair outside was falling apart, and everything was run down. Again, I wish I could give a better review because I really enjoyed Santorini!

Our stay was amazing as this is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the view is like no other. We were disappointed in our room as it was advertised for two people but clearly could only fit one. There was no place for our luggage and though they tried to change the room, they not able to due to capacity. We were disappointed in our room and happy it was just for one night. The pictures made it look bigger than it was. We still loved our stay as a result of the view but just don’t feel that the hotel should advertise the room for two people at that rate. Breakfast was delicious but Ackward to eat on our public veranda where people pass. Otherwise lovely stay

This place is absolutely gorgeous, soothing, and the comfortable. Despite all of the positives, the absolute best part about staying here is the staff. As soon as you book, contact them to reserve dining, transports, activities, photo shoot... anything. They will get you the best prices and the absolut best service. They are very well networked on the island. Do not book with anyone else. Beautiful views, beautiful suites, and beautiful staff. You can't lose.

不喜歡：員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
While the view was special and a good location, the room was not the greatest. There was an exposed wire where a light was taken down, shower water that wouldn’t stay hot and the mattress is just on the floor. I found engaging with staff awkward, we were led to the wrong room on arrival and when I spoke up, it initially wasn’t well received but then resolved quickly. Breakfast was always cold and allergy requests were ignored twice. We had to check out early and requested breakfast to go, no one responded to the request and then a breakfast box (very dry sandwich) was delivered at 10:30pm without any heads up which was odd. Lastly, when we were leaving and asked for assistance with bringing the luggage up the stairs in advance, no one came after waiting 10 min and we had to leave to catch the ferry. We left the keys in the room and again no acknowledgement from staff. I’m not sure, just weird vibes.

Truly I do not think there is a better location for the value on the entire island of Santorini that can compete with our stay at the Poets House in the Sophia Luxury Suites. Peaceful, clean (though quaintly rustic), surprisingly private given the proximity to other Imerovigli properties. Close and walkable to everything from Oia to Fira if you are able to navigate the terrain. The view from the private heated pool is simply unmatched and the staff were all equally lovely, helpful and communicative. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
